Infrascope

I am Infrascope, an artist from Eskilstuna, Sweden. Music has been a great part of pretty much all of my life. Growing up as a young kid there was always music playing around me, so my inspirational musical history includes all kinds of music. 50´s rock´n´roll, 60´s pop, 70´s prog, 80´s pop & hardrock, 90´s grunge & pop and so on, every decade has provided so much inspiration.

The album "Analysis of a life" is a way for me to summarize some of many feelings and experiences from my life. The album might have a kind of a depressive aura surrounding it, but there definetely are some positive vibes in there as well.

This album has been in production for over five years, and many recording and editing sessions has passed by. As a musician there are always bits & pieces in your music that can be adjusted and perfected for all eternity. However, somewhere down the road you just have to decide that the songs are ready to be presented. Make a closure and throw your musical heart out in to the world to be judged.

I would love to hear from you. If you have gotten a CD from me or found me some other way, please drop a message to let me know my music has found you.

A couple of reviews for the song "Sorry mama" has landed in my inbox, please read for yourself :)

"Sorry Mama didn't totally grab my ears with its melody lines but it is a well recorded track none the less featuring some fun production points and musicality. Loved the acapella intro. Very intense and brooding. Strong vocals and harmonies. Lyrics pack an emotional punch. Great guitar tones. Building emotionally charged lyrics and arrangement. Punchy drums. Chill keys. Its an interesting listen. Really just missing that knockout hook for me but of course that's a matter of subjective tastes. I appreciate the listen none the less. Keep it up. "

"Hi! First, let me thank you for submitting "Sorry Mama". Although I enjoyed the density and the intensity on the vocals, dark and engaging, as well as sentimental and honest, despite, for me, perhaps, sounding a bit too distorted to reach me properly, the fact is that the melodic line of the song, although well made and having many great textures and details, in overall, runs too slow for us, not quite fitting our blog choices. All of that makes the song a no go for us. Sorry and keep safe! "
